9. Where do we store data?
Nexterior will not transfer, support and / or restore stored data outside the European Union.
All data is stored in databases and file repositories hosted by NSID d.o.o..
Databases are continuously stored to allow return to any point within a 35-day retention period. Backups are stored in storage files in the same geographical location as the database.
10. Access, data transfer, migration and transfer of feedback
You can get confirmation from Nexterior at any time whether personal information about you will be processed.
11. Request for correction or deletion of personal data
11.1. Rectification
You can remove inaccurate personal information about you at any time.
11.2. Deletion
You can request the deletion of personal data about you, and Nexterior will delete personal data without undue delay when one of the following applies:

You can also send a request for deleting personal data by visiting the GDPR center at the bottom of the nexterior.hr website, and send a request for deleting data through the “Forget me” application.
12. Data retention
12.1. Data retention policy
Account information will be under the Tax Rules.
Configuration data and system-generated data will be deleted immediately when you cancel your service account.
End-user data will be permanently deleted immediately after the service account is canceled.
13. Responsibility
Nexterior also records all system updates, configuration changes, and access to provide revision if unauthorized or accidental changes are made.
You can request a data protection audit by an independent third party that is also accepted by Nexterior. You are obliged to pay all incurred costs and fees related to the case.
14. Cooperation
Nexterior will work with you to ensure compliance with applicable data protection provisions, e.g. to provide you with an effective guarantee of exercising the rights of data authors (right of access, rectification, deletion, blocking, opposition) to manage incidents, including forensic analysis in case of security breach.
